The Declare Community Fund provided vital resources to nonprofits working in health, recovery, and mentorship. By supporting over ten nonprofit organizations, the fund supported the expansion of programs focused on suicide prevention, disability wellness, and youth mentorship. It fostered collaboration among faith-based groups, social services, and healthcare providers, helping organizations develop new initiatives for long-term sustainability. Grant recipients used the funding to enhance recovery support, host mental health conferences, increase accessibility to wellness programs, train individuals in suicide prevention, and support mentorship programs for youth.  While the Declare Community Fund cannot take full credit for grant recipients' accomplishments, the funding provided has played a vital role in expanding their efforts. The organizations partnered with and supported in 2024 include:  Why We Did It The Declare Community Fund addresses social and health challenges by ensuring community organizations have the resources they need to expand their impact. By addressing issues such as mental health stigma, addiction recovery, and mentorship gaps, the fund supported grassroots initiatives to directly serve those in need. It also fostered sustainable impact by supporting programs that will continue to grow over time. Strengthening partnerships among faith-based groups, healthcare providers, and educators was key to creating a network focused on community well-being. The fund reinforced Declare’s mission to uplift communities and provide meaningful, lasting change.
