Without Congressional action, the following flexibilities and programs will expire at the end of September. 

• Telehealth flexibilities will expire September 30th, although another limited-term extension is expected.  

• CMS’ Acute Hospital Care at Home flexibility, originally launched in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, is also set to expire.
