Last week, Former Vice President Joe Biden released a plan to increase access to care by building on the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Biden isn’t the only one to debut a new health care proposal. In the wake of the latest debates, Senators Kamala Harris and Cory Booker have also shared their ideas on ways to improve the American health care system.
