CMS proposed changes that are intended to improve access to behavioral health care in the Medicare Advantage and prescription drug programs for contract year 2025. The proposal would also ensure that agents and brokers enroll individuals in the best plan for their needs, that MA plans offer appropriate supplemental benefits, that enrollment is streamlined for dual-eligible individuals, and that MA utilization management policies are reviewed annually for health equity considerations.
