On December 21, 2020, Congress passed the “Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (H.R. 133),” which includes funds for COVID-19 testing, vaccine administration and relief for heath care providers, in addition to surprise medical billing legislation and extending funding for public health care programs.
