With the year shortly ending and an upcoming change of Administration, Congress is in ongoing negotiations to pass a legislative package that will tackle key health care priorities. This includes a deal to fund the government for the remainder of FY 2021, an additional COVID-19 relief bill, a package to extend funding for various Medicare/Medicaid programs and surprise billing legislation.
