The Biden Administration recently sent a letter to the Supreme Court officially reversing the Trump Administration’s position on the pending Affordable Care Act (ACA) case. The letter states that the federal government believes in the constitutionality of the individual mandate and even if the Court disagrees, the rest of the ACA should stand or remain valid.
