Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court (SCOTUS) delivered rulings on several controversial cases, including California vs. Texas, which had the potential to reshape health care. Due to a technicality, SCOTUS dismissed the lawsuit, which debated the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This is the third time since the law’s passage that the ACA’s constitutionality had to be defended.
