This week, Johnson & Johnson (J&J) filed a lawsuit against the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) asking that its proposed 340B rebate program be declared legal. J&J previously tried to implement the rebate program, but it was blocked by HRSA after a bipartisan group of nearly 200 members of the House of Representatives urge HRSA to do so. Following the move by HRSA, J&J said it would not implement the program and instead seek other ways to pursue it.
